I am a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist.  My passion is to educate, arm and empower borrowers to make informed and educated home loan decisions. 

I focus on helping you achieve the lowest overall cost of borrowing money over time. A mortgage is a financial product and likely, the largest debt you will incur in your life.  There isn't a "one size fits all", click a button, apply and there you go!

The needs of a first time homebuyer are completely different than those of a couple budgeting to send kids to college which in turn are totally different than those of someone facing divorce or about to retire. 

Options and strategies need to be mapped out so you can determine what the total cost of each is over 5 years, 10 years and beyond.  You need to evaluate the mortage you select based on the total cost -  not just the rate!
